With the testimony concluded, the judge must deliberate and decide whether Victor should be sent back to jail or released. But he warns the mogul, “Phyllis Abbott’s emotional outburst is quite a compelling case for you to stay behind bars.” Has she ruined Victor’s plan to be set free, or can nothing stop The Mustache?

In the visitor’s room at the prison, Chelsea and Adam continue to debate whether Connor should be allowed to visit him there. “How long can you survive this hell without your son?” she asks.
