THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS Spoilers — Phyllis Must Choose Between Billy and Jack!

People may finally be coming to their senses in these spoilers from today’s THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS!

Billy has had enough of Phyllis stringing along both him and her husband, asking, “You finally decided to stop hedging? Make a choice between Jack and me?” But can she really bring herself to pick one over the other? And if she does make a final decision, which man will have his heart broken?

Summer assures Nick she now sees exactly who Luca is, declaring, “He’s not the guy I thought I fell for. He’s a user, and I am done being used.” Meanwhile, Luca tries to convince Victoria that if the only way she’ll let Summer come back to the company is if he steps down, then he will. “This is all about Summer,” he insists.
