Adam called to ask Chelsea meet him, prompting her to remind him that they were divorced. After she hung up, Dylan revealed that Adam wanted her to be a character witness for him. When the war vet suggested Adam might have raped Melanie, Chelsea defended her ex, refusing to believe it! At the GCAC, Adam ran into Melanie. While he apologized for the way he’d treated her, he urged her to drop the lawsuit. Alas, their encounter escalated into an argument with Melanie eventually yelling at Adam to leave her alone! Witnessing it, Leslie ordered her client to stay away from his alleged victim, or else find another lawyer! She also dismissed having Jack as his character witness, saying they needed a woman to vouch for him. Taking that advice to heart, Adam went to ask Chelsea to be his character witness. Yet when she answered the door carrying Connor, he was taken aback, then complimented her on her motherhood “glow”. Later, Adam picked up a crying Connor as Chelsea ran for a burp cloth, unaware that he was comforting his own son. Observing, Chelsea was rocked with guilt. Dylan arrived at that moment, and wondered what the heck was going on! At the ranch, Sharon assured Nick that she only regarded him as a friend. Upon arriving, Avery tried hard not to be jealous over Sharon’s continual presence in Nick’s life, and then encouraged Nick to let Faith know that they were getting married soon. Unfortunately, Faith reacted poorly — saying he should marry Sharon, not Avery! Stunned, Nick confronted Sharon about it, wondering if she were planting ideas in their daughter’s head! At the police station, Neil told Kevin, Lily and Leslie that while he hadn’t found Rose’s daughter, Anne, on his trip to London, he’d found newspaper clippings and a Wisconsin number that she’d called frequently. Shockingly, Kevin traced that number to Newman Enterprises! Meanwhile, Cane confided in Hilary about his turbulent relationship with Katherine. She responded by confessing that she hadn’t been there for her mother when she’d died — then cried on Cane’s shoulder! When Lily returned home, she wasn’t happy when she smelled Hilary’s perfume on her hubby. Across town, Hilary arrived at an apartment. Mason emerged from the shower, and the two gave into a passionate embrace!

Do you think Chelsea should be a character witness for Adam? And what do you think of Hilary’s relationship with Mason? Share your thoughts in the comments!
