Happy birthday to Eva Longoria, who turns 41 today!

A guest appearance as a Brenda look-alike on an episode of GENERAL HOSPITAL in 2000 led to the actress’ big break as Isabella on THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS from 2001-03.

Following that, Longoria’s career exploded when she was cast as Gabrielle on DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES. More recently, she became an executive producer of DEVOUS MAIDS and even directed some episodes of the hit Lifetime series. She currently produces and stars in the NBC comedy TELENOVELA.

Longoria was previously married to GH actor Tyler Christopher (Nikolas) and basketball player Tony Parker, and recently became engaged to Jose Antonio Baston.
