GUIDING LIGHT’s Hayden Panettiere Returning for Season Five of NASHVILLE!

Hayden Panettiere (Lizzie, GUIDING LIGHT) is definitely going to be back when NASHVILLE returns for its fifth season on CMT!

Our friends at TV Line are reporting exclusively that Panettiere and Connie Britton have been confirmed to be returning to the drama. GENERAL HOSPITAL alum Jonathan Jackson (ex-Lucky) is expected back along with many other stars, but a full cast list has not yet been announced.

This is great news for Panettiere, who returned to rehab for postpartum depression after wrapping up the filming of season four. In the final episode aired by ABC before its cancellation, NASHVILLE left the actress’ character, Juliette, in a life-or-death cliffhanger. But now it seems she’ll pull through just fine!
