DAYS OF OUR LIVES Star Camila Banus Confesses Even Plastic Surgery Didn’t Help Her Insecurities About Her Appearance!

In a recent Instagram post, DAYS OF OUR LIVES star Camila Banus (Gabi) revealed that even a gorgeous woman like herself can be insecure about her appearance, admitting that she was incredibly self-conscious about her ears.

“I really hated a part of my body so much I wanted surgery,” she confessed, “so at 15 I had them pinned back. Simple surgery, was awake the whole time.”

But even that drastic step wasn’t enough to change her perceptions of what she saw in the mirror. “Even years after the surgery I was still not confident having them exposed,” Banus said. “It wasn’t until I started changing my outlook on them, ’til I started loving my ears, that I was able to fully be me.

“Yes, my ears stick out!” she concluded. “But they are a part of what makes me me and they make me beautiful.”

It’s important to embrace every part of yourself, flaws and all, and we’re glad Banus was finally able to do that. Now she finally feels as gorgeous as she has always looked to everyone else!
