B&B Will Be Hope-less!

THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL is about to lose Hope. Actress Kim Matula has decided to leave the role of Hope after four years on the soap. “I can officially confirm that I filmed my last scenes at B&B,” Matula posted to Instagram. “For now. I made the incredibly difficult decision not to re-sign my contract so that I could spread my wings as an actor and see what this big beautiful world has to offer.”

“We wish Kim Matula the best as she moves on to other opportunities,” B&B posted on Twitter. “We love Kim and she will always be part of the B&B family.”

“I do not see this as a ‘good-bye’ but more of a ‘see you later,'” Matula wrote on Instagram. “Thank you for giving me an unforgettable five years as Hope Logan and thank you to every single viewer who sat side by side with me on this journey.”

Hope is currently the center of a major love triangle, caught between brothers Liam and Wyatt, but a spokesperson for the show says that there are no plans to recast at this time. How do you feel about the exit? Can B&B go without Hope? Or should they recast? Sound off in the comments!
