Now, he’ll be butting heads with someone who does the same thing — LAW & ORDER: SPECIAL VICTIMS UNIT’s Detective Stabler — when he guest stars on the popular NBC drama. In the episode, titled “Turmoil” Andrews plays Sgt. Jordan, a U.S. Army recruiter who tries to recruit Stabler’s son! Tune in Wednesday, November 11, at 9 p.m. EST.

There's word that AS THE WORLD TURNS has let Austin Peck (Brad) go! While a show rep wouldn't comment on the actor's current status, he tells Soaps In Depth that he 's enjoyed playing the role. "It's been really rewarding." As for when Brad will exit the canvas, Peck is keeping mum. "I don't think anything is solidified."
New WORLD For Pelphrey
Pelphrey will move from Springfield to Oakdale.
After wrapping up a month-long stint on sister soap GUIDING LIGHT, two-time Emmy winner, Tom Pelphrey (Jonathan) is set to join the cast of AS THE WORLD TURNS. Although there are few details out there about the role, we do know at least that his character's name will be Mick.
Kay Pulls Double Duty!
Kay is making a BOLD move in her WORLD.
While THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL's Felicia lingers on the backburner, her portrayer, Lesli Kay, is stepping back into the shoes of AS THE WORLD TURNS' Molly! A rep for ATWT confirms that Kay is returning to Oakdale, but had no further information. According to a setsider, Kay will continue to work on B&B while flying back and forth to ATWT's Brooklyn, NY studio. The source adds that details were just finalized in the last few days, and that Kay is due to start taping at ATWT in the coming weeks. A spokesperson for B&B says that Kay remains on contract with the soap. Look for the Emmy winner to appear on screen in Oakdale by late fall.

AS THE WORLD TURNS confirms that Tamara Tunie will return to the soap as Jessica later this fall! While the actress is only slated to be in one episode, might a longer Oakdale run be in Tunie's future? “If I could make it work, I would definitely come back,” she tells Soaps In Depth. Look for Tunie to appear in mid-October.

AS THE WORLD TURNS sweetheart Alex Chando (Maddie) is coming home! Sources report that the actress — who left the soap in October 2007 — returned last week and will begin airing as Henry's little sister in early fall. (Kelli Barrett briefly played the role from December 2008 to January 2009.) Chando's return coincides with Lynn Herring's extended stay as the siblings' mother, Audrey. A spokesperson for ATWT confirms that Chando is indeed returning to the show; the actress will first appear on Wednesday, September 23.

Who could Maeve be connected to?
Her daytime resume already includes roles as ANOTHER WORLD's Paulina, DAYS OF OUR LIVES' Adrienne and Bonnie and GUIDING LIGHT's Beth. Now, Judi Evans is headed to AS THE WORLD TURNS! The actress will debut as the mysterious Maeve on Thursday, August 27. No other information about her character or storyline is available.
