Has Y&R Recast Drucilla?

BeyerRowell.jpg

When THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS' Neil discovers that his wife has been cheating on him, will his presumed-dead ex, Drucilla (previously played by Victoria Rowell), be the one to offer a shoulder to cry on? That is the latest rumor making the rounds, with speculation that Troy Beyer has been cast as Lily's mom.

As it turns out, an insider tells Soaps In Depth that there is no truth to the rumor that the former DYNASTY troublemaker will be taking over the role. Chalk this one up to another day, another rumor!

Meet Y&R's New Kyle!

LachlanBuchanan.jpg

Kyle Abbott hasn't been seen on THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS since he went to go work in New York last year. But the soap is bringing Jack's son back to Genoa City, now being played by Australian actor Lachlan Buchanan. "So excited to start my new adventure with the brilliant team at THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS," he posted to Twitter.

The actor may be a newcomer to American soaps, but he's got plenty of sudsy experience, having appeared on Aussie soap HOME AND AWAY (like THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL newbie Ashleigh Brewer (Ivy)!). And since Kyle has been spending time in New York, not Down Under, Buchanan will be doing an American accent for the role!

Are you excited to see Kyle back in town? What would you like to see next for the character? Sound off in the comments!

Blast Off!

Kim_Zimmer_Mark_Hapka.jpg

It's not often that you can see three of your favorite daytime stars in one film, so if you missed the theatrical release of 23 Blast last fall, now's your chance to make up for it! The inspirational picture, which stars DAYS OF OUR LIVES' Mark Hapka (ex-Nathan) and features GUIDING LIGHT's Kim Zimmer (Reva) and Crystal Hunt (Lizzie), will become available on DVD at Walmart beginning Tuesday, January 20.

"It's the true story of Travis Freeman, a high school football player from Kentucky who was at the height of his game when he was struck by bacterial meningitis and lost his sight," Hapka offers of his starring role. "He had to readjust to life afterwards and went through a bout of depression, but eventually his coach convinced him to come back to the team."

Look for Hunt to play the cheerleader who breaks Travis' heart, and for Zimmer to bring the heat as his emotional mom in this film produced by former ONE LIFE TO LIVE director Gary Donatelli. For Hapka, who rose to the challenge of playing blind, the best part of the film was getting to do some of the football training he recalls from his own youth. "It was really nice to put the gear back on," he confirms, "and get back out there!"

THE FOSTERS Returns!

TheFostersCast.jpg

The critically-acclaimed series, THE FOSTERS, which stars Teri Polo and Sherri Saum (Keri, ONE LIFE TO LIVE; Vanessa, SUNSET BEACH), returns tonight, Monday, January 19, on ABC Family at 8 p.m. ET with its winter premiere. The show is executive produced by Joanna Johnson (Karen; ex-Caroline, THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL), who promises that the story points introduced in the premiere and in last December's Christmas special will continue to play out as the rest of the season unfolds.

"Callie's going to be spending a lot of time with her [birth father] Robert Quinn (played by AS THE WORLD TURNS' Kerr Smith, Ryder). She'll start to develop a relationship with him [which] could be confusing to her," Johnson says. "We're also going to [continue to] explore the friendship between Jude and Connor."

Later in the season, viewers will see guest stars including THE VIEW's Rosie O'Donnell (Naomi, ALL MY CHILDREN) and Patrick Duffy (ex-Stephen, B&B; Bobby, DALLAS). "Last season, Girls United [which Rosie's character, Rita, ran] burned down so she's without a home to bring girls to," Johnson notes. "We love having Rosie on our show. She's such a dynamic, warm person. Patrick's going to be playing Robert's father. We've alluded to the dynamic [with] Robert's father having something to do with him leaving Callie's mother. Callie's going to meet her biological grandfather and it'll be interesting."

Johnson says she grew to admire Duffy's talent when he was doing a scene on B&B as Katie's dad. "I was mesmerized," the actress/producer recalls. "He just nailed it one take. He was so good I forgot I was in the scene!" It'll take a while for Duffy to pop up on the show, but Johnson is hoping he returns for future episodes. "We definitely want to bring him back!"

For more, don't miss Johnson's Keeping Track feature in the new issue of CBS Soaps In Depth on sale Monday, January 26!

Is Heinle Out At Y&R?

Amelia.jpg

With new headwriter Charles Pratt, Jr penning the futures of THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS characters, there have been rumors that a major character is on their way out of Genoa City. And while some fans worry that Michael's cancer could lead to a tragic exit for Christian Jules LeBlanc, the big rumor now is that Amelia Heinle's Victoria will not be returning after visiting her son, Reed!

News that the actress deleted her Twitter account added fuel to the fire, but an insider at Y&R tells Soaps In Depth that there are no truth to the rumors and that Heinle's deletion of her Twitter account has nothing to do with her status at the show.

There are definitely big doings coming up on Y&R (just wait for our February Sweeps issue on sale on 1/26 for more details!), so it's not impossible that one or more actors could be on their way out. And we'll do our best to keep on top of all the rumors and bring you the truth as we find it out!

Is Kristen Alderson B&B's New Hope?

Kristen_Alderson45371.jpg

After Kristen Alderson dropped the bomb that she was leaving the role of GENERAL HOSPITAL's Kiki, rumors started flying fast and furious that the Emmy winner was headed over to THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL to assume the role of Hope, recently vacated by Kim Matula.

However, it turns out that was just wishful thinking on the part of fans, as a spokesperson for B&B confirms to Soaps In Depth that the rumor is untrue. "We are not recasting Hope," they report, "and we have not hired Kristen Alderson."

Do you think Alderson would have been a good fit for Hope? Sound off in the comments!

Y&R Star Passes

BeauKazer.jpg

THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS family suffered a devastating blow on Tuesday, December 30, with the passing of Beau Kazer at the age of 63. The actor originated the role of Brock Reynolds in 1974 and made frequent appearances on the soap over the years. His most recent was in 2013 for the funeral of on-screen mother, Katherine. Kazer's wife, Sharon Alkus, would like fans to know that Y&R was a huge part of his life that he was very proud of.

"I remember the first time I heard your voice and thought wow! This guy should have been in radio!" Daniel Goddard (Cane) wrote on Facebook to his late co-star. "Then I watched you act and was blown away with how natural and honest your performances always were. God Bless."

Our sympathies to his family and friends.

The actor is due back on set Tuesday, January 6, but as for what's to come for Colin, he remains tight-lipped. "So what can I say?" he writes. "Not a whole lot. However, it seems more compelling than some of the 'fare' we've had of late. Think you'll like it."

Dark Days For Foster?

BrenFoster.jpg

On DAYS OF OUR LIVES, Quinn Hudson was the guy hired by Kate to stir up trouble for Chloe and who later blackmailed EJ. Might his portrayer, Bren Foster, be someone as equally challenging to contend with when he debuts in a new recurring guest role on THE LAST SHIP, the addictive drama from executive producer Michael Bay?

"Going on set and bringing Senior Chief Wolf Taylor [the Australian naval officer that joins the crew in Norfolk, VA] to life is one of the best experiences in my career so far," enthuses Foster, who was himself a big fan of the series' first season. "I'm honored to be surrounded by such an amazing group of talented actors, writers, producers, directors and great crew. From the moment I stepped on set everyone has been extremely welcoming."

The drama, which deals with a group of sailors who avoided the pandemic that wiped out 80 percent of the world's population by being out to sea, is shot aboard some of the U.S. Navy's real-life destroyers. "Being on THE LAST SHIP has really made me appreciate all the men and women in our military. They play a huge part in allowing us to live the way we live," Foster confesses. "[In the show], we portray life-and-death situations, but as you find yourself in the midst of the scene, you realize that there are people doing this for real every day and for that, they have my deepest gratitude."

THE LAST SHIP, which stars Eric Dane and features ALL MY CHILDREN's Charles Parnell (Derek) as a series regular, returns to TNT for its much-anticipated second season next summer.

B&B Scribe Promises Heartfelt Holiday Episode!

BBHolidayEp.jpg

Stephanie Forrester's legacy continues this holiday season on THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL when the show returns to her beloved Union Rescue Mission on Skid Row in downtown L.A. for a very special Christmas Eve episode! "It could be one of our best Christmas episodes ever," executive producer and headwriter Bradley Bell proudly proclaims of the show, which will air on Wednesday, December 24. "I believe the Forresters have stated, since the show's first Christmas, that they go to the mission and spend the morning there before having their feast at the Forrester estate. So this year, we're actually going to do a 'reality-style' episode there."

When B&B originally filmed on location at the charity, Susan Flannery (ex-Stephanie) served as an interviewer, of sorts, interacting with real people who have come to rely on the mission's services. This year, John McCook (Eric) will fill that role. "We just want to remind the world that there are people who are less fortunate who need help during these times of celebration," says Bell. "We really want to encourage people to think beyond the walls of their home and really reach out and help their fellow brothers and sisters whenever they have a chance."

Inside A Y&R Villain's MANSIONS!

MichaelCorbett.jpg

Even if his last "residence" wasn't a trash compactor on THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS, it's safe to say that Michael Corbett (ex-David) has much better digs these days! The actor-turned-executive producer has a series called MANSION HUNTERS, which features an inside look at some of the most glamorous and recognizable digs in Hollywood! You can binge on a marathon run of 8 half-hour episodes of the reality series starting tonight, December 5 at 9:00 p.m. EST on Reelz.

Corbett's been interested in real estate since his days on Y&R, where he played Nina's devious husband back in the early '90s. How'd he get the idea for this show? "I thought it'd be really fascinating to see behind the scenes of these mega-mansions that rent out for $100,000 a day [for movie and TV productions]. I put together a show that's about the people who put these deals together."

Some of the stars that have been to the homes profiled in MANSION HUNTERS include movie stars Angelina Jolie, Chris Hemsworth, and Megan Fox. Programs and films that have shot at these places include MAJOR CRIMES, The Aviator, and L.A. Confidential. "There's nothing out there like this show that combines all the elements of mansions, money, movies, Hollywood and celebrities," Corbett says.

Stakes run high in closing the agreements between mansion owners and productions so watch for lots of interpersonal dynamics between the folks that work in the firm that negotiates the deals. Featured on the show is Paul Kim, head of Image Locations, and his team of associates which includes Camila More (ex-Gillian, DAYS OF OUR LIVES; ex-Anna, GENERAL HOSPITAL) and her twin sister Carey More (ex-Grace, DAYS)!

While Corbett's hand is all over MANSION HUNTERS, he won't be appearing on camera in it. "It's a departure for me," he says. Since being presumed dead after accidentally activating a trash compactor in which he was hiding on Y&R, Corbett's continued to act, but he's also branched out into hosting for shows like EXTRA and MANSIONS & MILLIONAIRES.

Part of the fun of watching MANSION HUNTERS is spotting which homes and estates were used in the making of your favorite shows. Corbett previews: "One episode talks about where Lady Gaga fell off a balcony in one of her music videos!"

Spend Christmas With The Bay!

MartinezDaviesBay.jpg

Throughout December, the award-winning Web drama THE BAY will return with two more exciting chapters of story which will be told weekly over the course of eight 20-minute episodes. The chapters will feature another tragic death, as well as address last summer's cliffhangers. Will Lianna (Jade Harlow, ex-Sheryl, DAYS OF OUR LIVES) find out about Janice's (Lilly Melgar, ex-Lily, GENERAL HOSPTIAL) scintillating affair with young Peter? Will Lex (Tristan Rogers, Colin, THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS) reveal the identity of the person that he thinks Peter's socialite mom, Sara (Mary Beth Evans, Kayla, DAYS) killed? And how might the return of Liza (ONE LIFE TO LIVE's Ilene Kristen, Roxy) affect his recent efforts to revive his relationship with Sara?

To help play out all of these storylines and more, a host of new faces will be joining the cast. "Alicia Leigh Willis (ex-Courtney, GH) and Eric Nelsen (A.J., ALL MY CHILDREN) will play Sara's niece and nephew, Avery and Daniel, respectively," series creator Gregori J. Martin reveals. "Lindsay Hartley (Cara, AMC; ex-Arianna, DAYS) is coming in as a woman from Marly's (Martha Madison, ex-Belle, DAYS) past, Eric Martsolf (Brady, DAYS) will appear in flashback as a younger Lee Nelson, and Judith McConnell (Sophia, SANTA BARBARA) will bring to life a role that fans have been anticipating for years!"

However, the news that has the Internet buzzing is that soap opera veteran A Martinez (best known as SB's Cruz) reunited with former castmates Lane Davies (Mackenzie; Mason, SB) and Nicolas Coster (Jack; Lionel, SB) on set when he taped his December 16 appearance on the show. "I'm playing Janice's father, Nardo. I'm trying to get information out of Lane's [police detective] character, whom the family thinks is not being forthcoming," Martinez offers. "And I got to be the voice of reason with Janice, as is a father's wont to do." Tune in to catch the first two new episodes, which will be released back to back, on Thursday, December 4, at 3 p.m. EST.

DAYS Stars Heat Up The Holidays!

JenEricSingle.png

Make your holidays a little soapier with a new recording of the seasonal classic, "Baby It's Cold Outside," by DAYS OF OUR LIVES stars Eric Martsolf (Brady) and Jen Lilley (Theresa)!

"It was completely her idea," Martsolf says of the recording, giving all credit to his co-star. "She managed to go out there and round up Frank Sinatra's old band from Capitol Records! I mean, the girl doesn't mess around! She doesn't bring in Bob and Frank from the Van Nuys rock 'n' roll shop. She goes out and finds Frank Sinatra's band! These are the things that she comes up with and you can't help but love her enthusiasm."

And this single could be the start of something much bigger for the musical duo! "I'm sure next year we'll do a full-length Christmas CD," the actor muses. "This is probably like a warm-up for what she has in mind!"

Is Nick Really Giving Up On Love?

NickWomen.jpg

In today's very special episode of THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS, Nick was visited in a dream by all the women in his life. It was a cornucopia of treats, including visits from ex-loves like Grace and Amy, not to mention flashbacks galore! While the beginning of the episode found him blaming the women in his life, they seemed to eventually convince the hunk that he, in fact, might be the problem! "I love women," he declared to his mom, "you know that. But the pain and agony that comes with it? I'm done!" But let's face it... this being a soap opera and Nick being one of its leading men, that seems unlikely! And since they say love comes just when you stop looking, it seems likely that Nick will soon be giving his heart away yet again. But the question is... to whom? Which lucky lady is the right one to help heal Nick's heart? (And no, you can't nominate yourself!) Hit the comments below!

Holiday Romance For Muldoon!

PatrickMuldoonGal.jpg

DAYS OF OUR LIVES' Patrick Muldoon (ex-Austin) is kicking off the holiday season right this weekend in UP TV's new original, Christmas In Palm Springs. "It's about a New York family that's in trouble — my wife, played by Dina Meyer, and I have grown apart and are following our own dreams, but the children are in the middle and still see the love between us," he reveals. "So when my wife has business in Palm Springs and I have a meeting in Los Angeles, the kids conspire [for us to meet up]."

Add in a little Christmas magic from Gabriel (Bill Cobbs) the all-knowing hotel concierge and some wild chemistry between Muldoon and Meyer, and the result is a thoroughly entertaining picture. "Dina and I have known each other since doing Starship Troopers together back in 1997," Muldoon confides. "And as much as Dina is beautiful, she's also tough. We've always had this very funny, competitive banter between us and we couldn't help but bring that to our scenes [in this film]."

Muldoon's character is a theater director whose talk-to is also sure to make viewers grin. "Ian Ziering (BEVERLY HILLS 90210; Cameron, GUIDING LIGHT) plays my hustling agent/dear friend who knows what's going on with the family — he's so great in this movie," Muldoon reveals, adding that another pleasant surprise is in store. "The film also marks my first time singing on television. My character does a rock 'n' roll serenade to his wife at the end!" Don't miss the premiere of this uplifting tale on Sunday, November 23, at 7:00 p.m. ET on UP TV.

Jack and Phyllis' engagement party was a major bust, largely because half the guests had to head over to Victor's for a party being held in Nick's honor. But Nick proved that every party really does have a pooper by skipping out on his own bash. Why? Because, having taken his conversation with Grace to heart, he wanted to spend a little time getting his head screwed on straight. To that end, he headed to a cabin in the woods, where he quickly befriended a seemingly stray dog. That pup, however, turned out to be Bugatti, a.k.a. Gabriel's beloved pet! Unfortunately for Adam, Bugatti seemed to immediately sense that the man pretending to be his master was not the real deal!

With Ashley became the latest person to warn Jack that the whole balancing-two-women-at-once thing was going to blow up in his face. Apparently finally listening, he went straight from his engagement party to the GCAC, where he uttered today's massive understatement to Kelly: "We need to talk!"

Will Jack finally tell Kelly the truth... or is he going to wind up stalling yet again? Will Gabriel's cute puppy be Adam's undoing? Hit the comments and let us know your thoughts!

B&B Recap: Eric Calls Rick Out!

RickEric.jpg

Rick was furious when orders for the wildly-overpriced line came pouring in. Overhearing Rick's reaction and realizing he'd attempted to sabotage the line, Eric lost his... let's go with cool. When Maya tried to chime in, Eric put her in her place (meaning on the other side of the office door), then lashed into his son. "You're married to a designer and sleeping with a model," shouted Eric. And while some folks might think, "Huh, that doesn't sound so bad," Eric's point was that his son was making a fool of himself and throwing away a fantastic marriage. When Rick still didn't see the problem, Eric decided to play hardball by saying, in essence, "Maya or the job... you can't have both!"

Exiled from the room in which the big boys were playing, Maya tried getting herself some media attention only to be snubbed by the press. Laughing, Carter said it was "almost as if they have no idea how big and important you are!" When Maya insisted she was living a fairy tale, Carter suggested otherwise. "And you're Cinderella at the ball?" he asked. "Be careful Maya. It might turn out that you're just the stepsister trying to cram her foot into Caroline's shoe." Even as Eric was pushing his son to reunite with Caroline, the blonde was admitting to Ridge that she had fallen for him! Which made it the perfect time for Rick to enter and declare to his wife, "I need you. Could you please forgive me?"

Do you think Rick is sincere... or trying to save his job? Is Maya headed for a fall? Can Caroline forgive Rick, or is she destined to be with Ridge? Hit the comments and let us know what you think will happen!

Y&R Recap: Victor Calls Out Maureen!

NikkiVictorVictoriaBaby.jpg

Victoria's hospital room was hopping as various people swung by to see the new baby, including Victor, Nikki and both of the newborn's potential babydaddies. Given that Victor thinks his daughter should raise the baby solo, Billy had the zinger of the day when he responded, "The Gospel according to Victor Newman, including miraculous conception, no father required!" But it was a visit from Nick that helped the new mom realize it was past time for her to find out who fathered her child.

Speaking of Nick, he very nearly had sex with a more-than-willing Grace, but at the last moment realized he needed to re-examine his choices when it came to women and relationships. "Don't you think," responded Grace, "you could have waited to have this revelation until after we'd had great sex, maybe?" Maureen was just about to spill the beans about Victor's drinking when Victor ripped into Stitch's mom for having put Victoria and the baby in danger. In typical Victor fashion, he threatened to be Maureen's "worst nightmare!" Not surprisingly, when Stitch later swung by to check on his mom, her hospital bed was empty!

B&B Recap: Caroline & Ridge's Triumph!

RidgeCarolineBruised.jpg

At the fashion show preview, THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS' Gloria swung by and caught up with her pal Eric. (Anybody else feel Stephanie rolling over in her grave and think, "Yes! Pair Eric and Gloria up and let the fun begin!"?) As expected, Gloria commented on the price of the gowns, saying they gave her "sticker shock." But once the show began, everyone was wowed by the designs. Watching from backstage, Caroline was thrilled... and wondered where her design partner was. Well, where Ridge was was up on the roof, getting the crap beaten out of him by Bill! When not exchanging punches, they traded barbs, but it seemed pretty clear that Bill emerged the victor. Before strutting away, he told Ridge to stay away from Caroline, saying that if the dressmaker hurt her or Katie, and you have to picture him saying this Terminator style, "I'll be back!"

As Maya prepared to walk the runway in the showstopper, Caroline made it clear that she was the designer and Rick's mistress was basically a hanger with legs. (Even the other models seemed to give Maya a bit of stank face before the show began! And it was kind of awesome when Rick pointed out to Maya, who clearly wanted to hear what a fantastic job she'd done, that the designs probably had at least something to do with the show being a hit.) When it came time for the designers to greet their adoring public, Ridge — being all battered and bruised — sent Caroline to represent both of them. When she returned from her moment in the spotlight, Ridge declared, "I couldn't be more proud. We did this together. Hand in hand." And then took her hand as she got all googly eyed and Rick glared from the sidelines.

Y&R Recap: Things Get Ugly Between Nick & Sharon!

SharonNick.jpg

A heated conversation with Avery left Sharon realizing she needed to find a lawyer, pronto, because Nick was going to pursue custody of Faith. Crossing paths with Dylan, Sharon expected that he'd jump aboard the bus under which everyone in town seemed to want her thrown, but he was surprisingly sweet and supportive. Moments later, however, she had another conversation with Nick, who said that if she thought for even a second that he had any love left in his heart, she was crazier than she'd ever been! Forewarned being forearmed, Sharon called David Sherman and asked him to represent her in the coming fight. Drowning his sorrow with free drinks (the joy of owning a bar... um, and being rich), Nick looked up when someone entered and wondered why the mystery person was there.

Having overheard Avery and Joe talking about the kiss he'd planted on her, Dylan warned his rival that he'd made things personal. Michael met with a new doctor, but refused to allow Kevin to stand by his side in support. Both dealing with family issues, Kevin and Mariah bonded over coffee. Michael and Lauren later got together at the GCAC, where she questioned exactly why he had been so randy of late. (Our advice... um, sit back and enjoy it, honey!)

B&B Recap: Bill Punches Ridge!

RidgeBill.jpg

As the fashion preview was about to begin, Ridge got still more notes from Rick. When Ridge stormed into Rick's office, Maya was, of course, there to butt into the resulting argument. (Sidenote: Maya told Rick that she was nervous, having never done a couture show before. So for those paying attention, Rick made a couture fashion house's lead model someone who has never done a single couture show. Brilliant move, dude!) The more Maya spoke, the more Ridge fumed. When she finally left to get ready for the fashion show, Ridge snarkily said, "You go ahead and break a leg!" Ridge begged Rick not to throw away what he has with Caroline, but his efforts were for naught. In the end, Ridge asked that Rick give Caroline five minutes after the show. "Let her have her say," he begged. "You owe that to her. You owe it to yourself."

Bill talked to Caroline to get his niece's side of the story. "I really want to understand how much Forrester took advantage of my daughter," said Bill, realizing he'd made a bit of a Freudian slip and adding, "my niece." Caroline tried talking her uncle down, but he declared, "You may have married Rick, but you are a Spencer," and that meant Ridge wasn't going to get away with having used her. Tracking Ridge down, Bill declared, "We've got some business." Labeling Ridge a predator who uses-and-abuses women, Bill warned him to stay away from Caroline. When Ridge suggested that Bill might be at least in part responsible for the mess given that he had Ridge dumped from a helicopter, Bill all but laughed in his face. "Will you stop freakin' crying about that?" Bill said before proving his intention to protect both Caroline and Katie by slugging Ridge!

Y&R Recap: Colin Blackmails Devon!

DevonColin.jpg

Having caught Devon smooching Hilary, Colin demanded $2 million to keep his trap shut. Conveniently enough, Neil arrived and thought the scoundrel should join them all for dinner! Word spread about Victoria having had the baby, and everyone was thrilled. Heck, even Victor was relatively supportive (when not trash-talking Billy, of course). Nikki pointed out that either Stitch or Billy would be forever tied to Victoria, but Victor declared neither man was worthy. Victoria's doctor suggested it was time to answer the big question: Who's the daddy? Jack seemed ready to tell Kelly about his having gotten re-engaged to Phyllis (although he probably wasn't going to mention the whole "and-we-celebrated-by-having-sex" thing), but she was called away to deal with her mom's medical crisis.

B&B Recap: Katie Unleashes Bill On Ridge!

BillKatie.jpg

Eric and Rick agreed that Ridge and Caroline's designs were downright gorgeous. In fact, Rick suggested they should sell for about as much as a two-bedroom condo in Brentwood. Ridge, of course, immediately realized that Rick was trying to sabotage the line. Caroline begged Rick to get past his anger and work on their marriage, but he wasn't much interested in doing that. Katie and Bill had a nice catch-up session, during which she filled him in on everything that had been going on in her life. You know, stuff like "the baby is fine" and "my husband-to-be seduced your niece for his own purposes." Needless to say, Bill did not take that last development particularly well. In fact, Bill stormed right over to Forrester so he could confront "the Sultan of chiffon." It just so happened that he arrived in time to find Ridge comforting Caroline with a hug, setting the stage for an explosive confrontation... and today's cliffhanger!

B&B Recap: Hope Takes Off!

HopeWyattAirplane.jpg

On Monday's episode of THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL, Hope — having seen Liam and Ivy kiss — pouted until Wyatt agreed to take her back to Los Angeles. On the plane, she finally apologized and Wyatt was, as always, accepting of her behavior. "We have to focus on our marriage," he reminded her, "and that baby inside of you is our future." But two seconds after agreeing to focus on her marriage, Hope drifted off into memories of her relationship with Liam. In Amsterdam, Liam and Ivy confirmed their love for one another and spent the night together. Rick gifted Maya with diamonds and made love to her in his office, but his mind was still on Caroline. For her part, Caroline hoped to fix things with her hubby, but that was about to get a tad more complicated. Why? Because Eric was so thrilled by Ridge and Caroline's designs, that he insisted they continue to work together!

Y&R Recap: Adam Slips Up!

AdamSageConstance.jpg

On Monday's episode of THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS, Victoria gave birth to a baby girl with the help of Billy and Stitch. Adam continued to pretend he was Constance's grandson, Gabriel, but nearly blew it with his distaste for spinach. Luckily, Sage was on hand to help cover his gaffe. Jeff was intrigued when Chelsea offered to pay him to drop the lawsuit. "It's incredible," she told her dad, "I can actually see the dollar signs bouncing around in your head!" Jack proposed (again) to Phyllis, who accepted. While in bed, he finally admitted that there had been someone else. Good thing he didn't name names, because Phyllis joked — at least we hope it was a joke! — that she'd kill the other woman! Summer and Austin debated what to do for Thanksgiving.
