THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL's Ronn Moss (Ridge) is hosting his own on-line talk show! RONN'S GARAGE is now available for viewing on the actor's Web site, "I've always had a secret desire to be Ed Sullivan," the actor -- and member of the 80s band Player -- tells Soaps In Depth of the project.

Braeden Buzz Is Not True!

Don't believe everything that you read on the Internet, dear readers! A spokesperson for Eric Braeden (Victor) tells Soaps In Depth that the buzz about the actor being in contract negotiations and reportedly leaving THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS are 99% not true! According to the actor's personal publicist, despite what has been reported in other outlets, Braeden is not embroiled in tumultuous negotiations and did not decide to attend the Daytime Emmy Awards this past weekend in order to increase his profile.

The 1% that is true? Braeden will, in fact, be off for two weeks, but that is a scheduled break and has absolutely nothing to do with contract negotiations. In fact, adds the rep, one of the weeks that Braeden is slated to be off coincides with a week that Y&R is dark! And as far as the reason behind why the actor attended the Daytime Emmys, when he has skipped the ceremony in years past, Braeden's rep tells us that it's as simple as the fact that CNN -- which owns Headline News -- asked him to be a presenter, and Braeden likes CNN!

So there you have it, folks!

Hallmark Movie To Star Two Soapers!

Soap opera fans will get to see two familiar faces in the upcoming Hallmark movie Two In! Yesterday, Greg Vaughan (ex-Diego, THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS; ex-Lucky, GENERAL HOSPITAL) tweeted that he will be starring opposite Alison Sweeney (Sami, DAYS OF OUR LIVES) in the made-for-television drama. "Finally signed, sealed & delivered! Starring in a new Hallmark Movie starting Wednesday opposite my girl @Ali_Sweeney!! Gonna be great fun!"

Now, Soaps In Depth has uncovered some details about the film. Vaughan will star as firefighter Jeff Sinclair, while Sweeney plays single mom Jenny McLean, a 911 operator. While their voices are familiar to each other, Jeff has never met Dispatcher No. 23 -- that is, until he suffers a fractured leg and smoke inhalation on the job and Jenny comes to visit him in the hospital! When Jenny, suffering financially from a cutback in her hours, needs to rent out her spare bedroom for extra cash, and an injured Jeff realizes he can't handle the stairs in his condo and needs a more level place to convalesce, Jenny agrees to let Jeff move in with her and her two young children, Elsie and Luke. Despite their mutual attraction, Jeff and Jenny are both wary about making a commitment to each other... but not if Elsie and Luke have anything to say about it!

Countdown To Baby!

THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL's Jennifer Gareis (Donna) tells Soaps In Depth she's scheduled to deliver her baby girl by repeat C-section on Friday, June 29, but as for tipping us off to what she and her hubby, Bobby Ghassemieh, will name their daughter ---- the actress says she can't tell us, because at press time, even she didn't know! "I have a lot of names for girls that I like, but my husband doesn't necessarily love the ones I like," she says. "We have to find one we both agree on."

Gareis says this pregnancy has flown by since she's been busy caring for son Gavin, who turned two earlier this month. "Honestly, I have so many distractions that I don't even remember I'm pregnant, sometimes. Although with my first pregnancy, I was so serene and calm, but I'm way more emotional this time around!" Since the baby's birth coincides with B&B's lengthy summer hiatus, Gareis doesn't expect to request any extra time off from the show. And while big-brother-to-be, Gavin, is excited about "Baby niña," as he calls her in Spanish, the actress says she can't wait about the arrival of her new little ally. "I'm really excited that I'll have someone new in the house who won't make me watch football every day!" she teases.

Best of luck to Gareis and her husband this Friday!

DAYS Writers Share Their Belated Emmy Speech

Former DAYS OF OUR LIVES headwriters Marlene McPherson and Darrell Ray Thomas, Jr., weren't at Saturday night's Daytime Emmys to accept their award for Best Writing, but in a joint statement, they have shared their sentiments exclusively with Soaps In Depth:

"We are so sorry we were not able to attend the awards show, but are thrilled to have won! We would like to thank [DAYS executive producer] Ken Corday for his endless support and for entrusting us with his family legacy, and [co-executive producer] Greg Meng for always believing in us and having our backs -- we share this award with both of them. Thanks to NBC and Sony for helping keep the genre alive. A very special thanks to the fans -- without their devotion and commitment there would be no show. We also want to thank our amazing cast and crew. And, lastly, we want to thank our mentor and friend, James E. Reilly. We know he is watching over us and smiling."

B&B's Frantz Attended Emmys With A Concussion!

Talk about dedication to her job! THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL's Adrienne Frantz (Amber) attended the Daytime Emmy Awards this past Saturday night with a concussion, thanks to a car accident she was involved in the day before! "I was stuck in traffic. I was stopped completely and a car hit me going 60 miles per hour. Both of our cars were totaled," she told Soaps In Depth on the red carpet. "I'm lucky to be alive."

The actress immediately called her husband, Scott Bailey (Sandy, GUIDING LIGHT). "He came right away," she says, adding that the couple's dogs were also in the car with her at the time of the crash. "I had a weird premonition [something was going to happen.] I usually let one dog sit in the front seat with me and I wouldn't let her sit in the front seat."

Thankfully, Frantz and her pooches weren't seriously harmed. "They had to go to the hospital, too. They have concussions. I have a concussion. I need to go home!" Yet ever the consummate professional, the actress soldiered through the awards ceremony, and even stuck around to make a visit to THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS post-party! Hope you are feeling better now, Adrienne!

Emmy No Shows!

THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL's Susan Flannery (Stephanie) was slated to present at this year's Daytime Emmy Awards, but a freak accident at the studio has caused her to bow out! "A studio light was accidentally dropped on her foot," a show rep explains. But don't worry -- though you won't see Flannery presenting any awards tomorrow, B&B's rep assures us that she's still working on B&B.

Meanwhile, Genie Francis (Genevieve, THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS) tells Soaps In Depth that if she wins the award for Outstanding Supporting Actress, she won't be there to claim it! "My son and I have talked about taking a fishing trip to Alaska for two years," she explains. "I bought the tickets and made the plans and then this happened. He was beside himself. What am I going to do? What's more important? When you're on your deathbed, [you] don't say to yourself, 'Why didn't I go to one more Hollywood event?' You think about your children. That said I am unbelievably grateful and honored for the nomination."

To see who'll take home the prize, be sure to tune in to HLN tomorrow, June 23, at 5 p.m. PST and 8 p.m. EST.
